etherapy

За момент си помислих, че идва от ethernal therapy; уви друга е нескопосната истина - e-therapy.

There is a further difference between talking and writing: talking has the great advantage of creating a direct, here and now, relationship. But the very fact of being present inevitably involves some element of self-presentation. It can lead to subtle distortions of authenticity, even the omission of sensitive material, which the analyst endeavours to intuit. Whereas writing out one’s private experience in privacy is free of such pressures. Why take the trouble to sit down with pen and paper – and then lie to oneself? It is true we can, and do, constantly deceive ourselves, but it is likely to happen much less readily in a private journal; or in a written response to a therapist’s question.
